Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with diabetic ulcers of wound size Patients giving consent for topical phenytoin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic non healing wound of other etiology like renal failure. Diabetes with gangrenous changes . Ulcer bed involving tendons,bones, capsules.
