Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the individual of both genders of age >=18 years. COVID-19 survivors with a uniform revised discharge policy for Covid-19 according to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. All the individual who will give a consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any COVID-19 patient who does not have a uniform revised discharge policy for Covid-19 according to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.24 Any COVID-19 survivors with a history of psychiatric illness, tuberculosis and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) syndrome. An individual not willing to come for follow-up.
