Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Post-natal mothers - Booked cases with Thayi card issued by Govt. of Karnataka in Lady Goschen Hospital, Mangaluru - Mothers who agree to sign up for the study (signing the consent form) - Mothers (or family members) with a smartphone having access to Whatsapp
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Mothers of preterm babies - Mothers of babies with congenital anomalies - Mothers of babies needing prolonged NICU care - Mothers who do not agree to sign up for the study or disagree to sign the consent
