Intervention1: Preoperative Dexmedetomidine nebulization: Preoperative Dexmedetomidine nebulization in dose of 1microgram per kg with 4ml normal saline just 30 minutes prior giving anesthesia to blunt

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation ASA grade 1 & 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, nasal deformity or nasal blockade, pregnancy , obesity, known or anticipated difficult intubation, requiring more than 2 attempts of intubation or more than 20 sec for laryngoscopy, hypertensive patients, allergic to Dexmedetomidine or Lignocaine
