Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status â? and â?¡. Age 18-31 years. Singleton pregnancy Informed, written and valid consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Obstetric complications such as Placenta previa, Abruptio placenta and Preeclampsia. Spinal deformity such as kyphoscoliosis. BMI greater than 35kg/m2. Height less than 150 cm or greater than180 cm. Women with Hypertensive disorders,Cardiovascular disorders,Deep vein thrombosis. Allergy to study drugs.

| Onset and duration of sensory block. Onset and duration of motor block. Hemodynamic changes Fetal well being. Timepoint: Assessed every 15 minutes from onset of sensory block to regression of dermatome of two segments. Degree of motor block checked every 5 mins for first 30mins. Pulse, Blood pressure (mean), were recorded at 0 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes after administration of Spinal anesthesia. Fetal well being is assessed by APGAR scores at one minute and five minutes after birth. | — |
