Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overweight individuals of Sthaulya having BMI more than 25 irrespective of Sex and socio-economical status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient with BMI more than 45 hypothyroidism cardiovascular disease severe Hypertension and Garbhini Individuals showing unsuitability to Drug or ADR Not willing to continue due to any reason Any other illness developed during treatment
