Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those patients undergoing one lung ventilation will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Edentulous patient MPG IV Oro pharyngeal carcinomas Insertion of univent tube or bronchial blockers for one lung ventilation
