Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Undergoing surgery for oral and maxillofacial carcinoma with naso tracheal intubation and the Surgery is expected to be >4hrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If anticipated duration of nasal intubation is less than 4 hrs
