Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Young Adult Indigenous Women Athletes Age yrs Both married and unmarried women Willing to participate in the study Healthy Volunteers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The subjects greater than 20years and Less than 17 years Pregnant and lactating Adults Subjects not giving consent Women who could not comply the intervention more than 3 days in a week Volunteers with others health disorders
