Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19 presenting on room air

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patient refusal b) Weak peripheral pulses c) patients with signs or history of peripheral ischemia d) systolic blood pressure e) patients with respiratory distress (RR >24/min)
