Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physical status ASA 1 and 2 Age 18-55 years Body weight 50-70 kgs Planned for major surgery procedures under general Anesthesia Giving informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BP less than 110mmhg systolic and less than 60 mmhg diastolic Mentally impaired History of psychiatric disorders and on antipsychotics Sleep disorders History of liver and kidney disorders Pregnant and lactating womens
