Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age 25-55 years 2.One or more teeth advised for extraction in the posterior mandible. 3.Presence of adequate sub-apical alveolar bone for immediate placement. 4.ASA I and II 5.Patients willing to comply with study requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological abnormalities at the intended implant site. 2.Patients with severe bruxism or clenching habit 3.Loss of buccal and lingual cortical plate during atraumatic extraction. 4.ASA III,IV,V 5.Patients subjected to radiotherapy to head and neck. 6.Major systemic diseases, Ex: uncontrolled diabetes
