Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i All cases to be scanned in house ii In cases of High grade glioma lesion should show restricted diffusion on either b1000 or on both b1000 and b 4000 iii Suspected cases of High grade glioma PCNSL and metastasis on initial scans which are later biopsy proven after MRI includes high index of suspicion on PET CT for PCNSL and biopsy proven or known primary cancer in cases of metastases iv No surgical or medical treatment prior to MRI scan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Low grade gliomas
