Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18-65 years of either sex. ASA grade I and II Elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation. Patients willing to be part of the study. Haemodynamically stable patients with all routine investigations within normal limits. Availability of written informed consent from concerned patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal NBM status less than 8 hours Haemodynamically unstable patients Oro pharyngeal surgery Lesion of oropharynx and larynx Known unstable cervical spine injury. Presentation for an emergency surgical procedure. ASA grade > III BMI > 25 kg/m2

To compare haemodynamic changes between C-MAC ,Mc Coy and Macintosh Laryngoscopy, the variation in Heart rate , Systolic Blood pressure, Diastolic blood pressure in adult patients receiving General Anaesthesia for elective surgery. To compare the glottic view with use of C-MAC ,McCoy and Macintosh Laryngoscopy in adult patients receiving general anaesthesia. To observe for any complications during Laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation.Timepoint: Beseline 0mins 1mins 2mins 5mins 10mins
