Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 patients satisfying the diagnostic criteria accepted by international head ache society for migraine Common Migraine without aura 2 Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Ardhavabedhakam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Classical Migraine with aura vertebro basilar migraine post traumatic migraine Complicated migraine Hemiplegic migraine 2 History of epilepsy Stroke and head injury 3 Malignancy Brain tumor 4 Age below 15 years and above 60 years 5 Pregnant and lactating ladies 6 Systemic diseases like Diabetes mellitus Hypertension Chronic liver and kidney failure
