Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players practicing cricket at least 3 times in a week Only male players will be included Players having an experience of at least 2 years in cricke

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recreational players Any present musculoskeletal or history of major injury in hip, knee, ankle, back Uncooperative players or players unwilling to participate Players which have any history of psychiatric, neurological, cardiovascular or respiratory disorder Any history of previous surgery of back and hip joint
