Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subject presenting with clinical features of santarpanjanya vikara(dyslipidemia) will be taken for study or more of the findings in the lipid profile were selected 2. Patient will elevated S. cholesterol level equal or more than 201 mg/dl Elevated S.triglyceride equal or more than 151 mg/dl Elevated S.LDL-C equal or more than 131mg/dl Elevated VLDL-C equal or more than 41 mg/dl Decreased HDL-C less or less than 40 mg/dl 3. Patient with controlled type 2 diabetes will be taken for study 4. Patient with controlled HTN will be taken for study. 5. Patient irrespective of sex, religion, occupation will be selected for study 6. Both fresh and treated cases would be taken for study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged 65 years will be excluded 2. Drug induced hyperlipidemia e.g. glucocorticiods, diuretics 3. Pregnant or lactating women will be excluded 4. Patient suffering from type 1 diabetes mellitus and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or uncontrolled HTN 5. Patient who had Hep B,C or other hepatic viral infection will be excluded 6. Patient with severe complications of cardiovascular, renal or hematopoietic systems, mental diseases, anxiety and other co-morbid condition will be excluded
