Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed as Ruddhapatha kamala (HEP B +VE ) RAISED LFT , urine bile salts and bile pigments positive Patients who are fit for Virechana will be taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from Systemic diseases like Cardiac problem and Sepsis. Patients suffering from hepatic coma ,alcoholic hepatitis , other variants of viral hepatitis Pregnant women and lactating women Patients who are not fit for Virechana karma will not be taken. Who will not sign in case Performa will be excluded
