Intervention1: Kati Basti and Matra Basti: A black gram flour ring is placed over the low back region, Mulaka taila is filled after making lukewarm and retained 40minutes for seven consecutive days. 7

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects between age of 30 and 60 years of either gender 2.Subjects with pratyatmaka lakshana of Gridhrasi i.e.Ruk, Toda, Stambha,Spandana in the sphik, Kati, prishta, atiBuru, janu, jangha and pada 3.Subjects fit for Matra 4Subjects pre-diagnosed with sciatica

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with other systemic disorders like Diabetes, Hypertension, history of spinal surgery. 2.Subjects unfit for matra basti 3.Pregnancy and lactating women
