Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) 1 and 2. Elective surgeries under general anaesthesia. Patients willing to be part of the study after consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients allergic or hypersensitive to Ibuprofen or Paracetamol. Coagulopathy and patients on anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs. Patients with a history of renal, hepatic and cardiovascular disease. History of gastro intestinal bleeding that required a medical intervention within the previous 6 weeks. Platelet count Severe anaemia Pregnancy and lactation Received another investigational drug within the past 30 days.
