Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: who are willing to participate and continue meditation practice normal personal and family health status who are physically fit students having PSS score above 14

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous history of meditation practice any history of major illness not willing to participate age more than 25 years students having PSS Score below 14
