Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals within age group of 25 TO 44 years ,Forward head posture with CV angle below 48 degree, Chronic Neck pain (NDI � 14),Both genders,Individuals those who are spending minimum 4 hours in a day on smartphone or desktop

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: � Deformity of spine � Spinal cord compression � Neck injuries or recent trauma to cervical region � Recent surgery of neck region � Thoracic outlet syndrome � Malignancy
