Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . Patients having orthodontic fixed appliance Treatment for at least 6 weeks will be included. 2. Patients aged 18 years old and above and having no mental or physical disabilities will be included . 3.Patients who will be able to comply with given oral hygiene instructions . 4.patients who will not be scheduled for removal of fixed orthodontic treatment before the end of the study. 5. Patients who will not be engaged in other oral-health education or research program. Patients who will be possessing a smartphone with software IOS >=7 or Android >=4.1. 8. Patients who will give informed consent. 9.Patients who will not be using any medications that may affect plaque accumulation, for example antibiotics and antibacterial mouth rinses.
