Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient admitted for sepsis above 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in shock other than septic shock like neurogenic and cardiogenic. pregnant and lactating women

The need for ventilatory (duration, complication, reintubation) The need for vasopressor and ionotropic support (number of inotropes, duration , dosage ) Timepoint: from time of admission to discharge/death at 1 day ,2nd day and everyday till discharge
