Inclusion criteria: 1. Specialization : Any Medical/Nursing specialization 2. Willing to participate 3. Willing to practice the MBT Intervention protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Already on any antipsychotic drugs 2. Family discord 3. Personal tragedy 4. hypertension 5. respiratory pathology like asthma 6. recent myocardial infarction 7. unstable angina 8. diabetes mellitus 9. thyroid abnormality â?? both hypo and hyperthyroid 10. neurological or cognitive disorders with functional deficits,
