Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Patients aged between 18-65 years 2- American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical Status of I and II. 3- Surgical duration not exceeding 3 hours under General Anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Patient requiring mechanical ventilation. 2- Patient having Endo-Tracheal Tube In Situ. 3- Patient with pre-operative Glasgow Coma Scale of 14 or less.

MeasureTime frame
To find the difference in the meantime for discharging the patient from PACU using MAS and Fast-track scoring. Timepoint: 0 minutes 30 minutes 60 minutes 90 minutes 120 minutes 150 minutes—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To determine the common type of complication in the PACU which can arise until both Aldrete and FTC are achieved. Timepoint: When scoring assessments are made. Starting from 0 minutes of PACU shift followed by 30 minutes intervals.—
