Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects between the age group of 30-60 years, Subjects with general lakshanas of Akaalajara as per special proforma. Subjects irrespective of religion, sex, socio-economic status, occupation etc Subjects who are fit for Abhyanga, Bhallatakasevana and do Yogasanas Subjects who give Informed Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects in coma or any acute illness, Subjects with septicemia or any congenital disorders, Subjects unfit for Bhallatakasevana, Abhyanga and Yogasanas Subjects who donââ?¬•t give Informed Consent.
