Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals with an age group >18 years without any past medical illness or medication that affects the salivary flow or composition were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient excluded were â?? pregnant women, patients with mental illness, patients < 18yrs of age, non- cooperative patients, smokers, and alcoholic patients.
