Inclusion criteria: i. Patients attending the OPD of selected north eastern centres. ii. Willing to participate in the Health Survey iii. Willing to provide informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Non-willing to participate in the health survey.

i. Profiling of non- communicable disease among patients seeking Ayurveda treatment from Ayurveda health centre in selected North east regions of India. Timepoint: 12 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
i. To document the risk factors of NCDs through structured questionnaires. ii. To determine the Association between NCDâ??s and risk factors. iii. To document the demographic profile of the patient seeking Ayurveda treatment from Ayurveda health centre in selected North east regions in India across the selected states in India in terms of age, sex ,occupation, diet and lifestyle assessment etc. Timepoint: 12 months
