Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Are with GFR less than 90ml/min/1.73m2 evidence of kidney damage for more than 6 months -Are eighteen years and above -Continues treatment as out patient without dialysis -Can read and write (Tamil, English, Hindi) -Give consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Who have dermatological problem - who become sick during study - who are on dialysis
