Intervention1: COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY: COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY WILL BE GIVEN TO ADULT MALES AGED 18 YEARS AND ABOVE RESIDING IN PALAM AREA OF DELHI AND THE DURATION OF THERAPY WILL BE 3 MON

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All males aged 18 years and above residing in Palam for at least one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All study subjects who are having debilitating conditions. All study subjects having known cases of intellectual disability

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1)percentage of tobacco users who have complete cessation of tobacco usage. 2) Percentage of tobacco users who have partial cessation of tobacco usage. Timepoint: at baseline at 2 weeks at 4 weeks at 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1)Percentage of adult males using different forms of tobacco. 2) Association of different socio-demographic factors with tobacco usage and its dependency.Timepoint: At baseline At 3 months
