Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having the clinical feature of Ardhavbhedaka migraine described as per ayurvedic and modern literature age 18 to 60 years and classical picture of Ardhavbhedaka as per text

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group below 18 and 60 above. sytemic illnes like diabetes mellitus, hypertension ,TB. patients suffering from sinusitis cluster headache tension headache opthalmoplagic headache secondary headache by meningitis cervical spondylosis pregnant and lactating mothers patients contraindicated for Nasya karma. immunocompromised disease patients with alcohol,opoids,other drug addiction
