Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergoes lower limb surgeries under spinal anaesthesia ASA grades physical status I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with medical history of cardiopulmonary diseases , cerebrovascular diseases, liver and renal dysfunctions Opioid-dependent and opioid sensitive patients, Patients with psychiatrics illness and on medication , Haemodynamically unstable and morbidly obese patients Patient not giving consent . Patient taking opioid medication on pain killers Contraindication for spinal anaesthesia
