Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students of both sex will be included if they have short hamstring length diagnosed with the help of Toe-touch Test (TTT).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they are below 18, hyper-mobile (Beighton score > 4), involved in regular flexibility program, any diagnosed soft tissue or bony injuries in spine or lower limb within two months of participation, fibromyalgia and contraindicated to any kind of manual therapy by physician.
