Intervention1: Siddhar Yogam and Arutha chooranam: Siddhar Yogam - 48 days, Arutha chooranam - 48 days (3 grams twice a day after food) Control Intervention1: Only Yogam, Only Arutha chooranam and Yog

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Difficulty falling asleep at night, waking up during the night 2. Daytime tiredness 3. Irritability 4. Ongoing worries about sleep 5. Waking up too early, not feeling well-rested after a night sleep 6. Insomnia severity index scale levels from 8 to 21 will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with uncontrolled hypertension 2. Pregnancy and lactation 3. Malignancy 4. Drug addicts 5. Thyroid dysfunction 6. Chronic renal failure 7. Gastrointestinsal disorder 8. Neurological disease 9. Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome 10.Coronary disease 11. Any psychiatric conditions
