Inclusion criteria: 1.AGE GROUP 18-60 YEAR 2.SEX BOTH MALE AND FEMALE 3.1 & 2 DEGREE PILES 4.THE PATIENT WHO PRESENTED WITH THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF RAKTARSH

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age below 18 year and above 60 year. 2.Pregnancy. 3.HIV,HBsAg Positive. 4.Patient With malignancy. 5.Congenital disease of rectum and anal canal. 6.Pile mass of 3rd and 4th degree.
