Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Morning Stiffness more than 1 hour Arthritis of joints in upper limb Arthritis of 3 or more joints Symmetrical Arthritis RA factor positive or negative Anti- CCP positive or negative Patients those who are undertaking Anna Hospital OP medicine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiac problems Hypertension patients Patients with chronic renal failure Rheumatic fever Psoriatic arthropathy Systemic Lupus Erethymatosus Reiterâ??s arthritis Electrolyte imbalance Pregnant women and lactating mother Patient during menstrual days Any other serious systemic illness will be excluded clinically or based on available medical reports.
