Intervention1: CAWTHORNE-COOKSEY EXERCISES: GROUP-A This group will be given cawthorne-cooksey exercises -20 minutes /day for 3 days in a week for about 4 weeks along with awareness pamphlet. GROUP-B

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with Dizziness after playing smartphone based games who score between 10 to 130 in simulator sickness questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with BPPV/vertigo/ dizziness/ motion sickness caused due to reasons other than smart phone usage. MMSE Score
