Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and Female University level players Age 18-25 years Players scoring more than 20 in Nijmegen Questionnaire Upper chest dominant breathing in Hi-Lo test Breath hold time: less than 20 seconds No self reported pain on the day of testing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with recent musculoskeletal injuries and pain or requiring treatment within past 6 weeks Respiratory problems like asthma, COPD Smokers Neurological problems like epilepsy, migraine Dyspnea during the past 3 months
