Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adults aged 18-59 years. 2)Diagnosed with Schizophrenia according to ICD-10. 3)Total score on Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) >5. 4)Medication doses ,patients who are stable for one last month. 5) Basic education of 5 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Alcohol or any other substance use disorder. • History of Organicity • .Any other psychiatric condition. • Night shift workers.
