Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals of either gender 2 Individual of age group 15 to 35 years 3 Students having age in between 15 to 25 years 4 Desk job professionals with duty for 8 hours per day (25-35 year)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient of any type of known case of psychiatric disorder 2 Chronic metabolic disorder 3 Complication of any psychological illness 4 Addicted patients like alcohol, tobacco, smoking etc.
