Inclusion criteria: AGE GROUP OF 18-65 YEARS OF EITHER GENDER WITH ISOLATED HEAD INJURY WITH A GLASGOW COMA SCORE OF LESS THAN EQUAL TO 12 WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ADMISSION WITH AN NON CONTRAST CT SCAN HEAD REVEALING INTRACRANIAL INJURY NOT REQUIRING SURGICAL INTERVENTION
