Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients requiring percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy as an elective procedure with normal coagulogram who either themselves or their attendants give consent for tracheostomy will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients or their attendants who do not give consent for the study will be excluded from the study.
