Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient with Large CBD stones( >15mm). 2) Patients with Indeterminate biliary stricture. 3) Willing and able to comply with the study procedures and provide written, informed consent form to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Refusal to participate in the study. 2)Inability to give consent. 3)Pregnancy 4)Confirmed malignancy of biliary tree. 5)Advanced liver failure. 6)Coagulopathy. 7)Hemodynamic instability. 8)Sepsis/No suspicion of acute ascending cholangitis or acute pancreatitis. 9 )Critically ill and non-cooperative patients

| 1)To Compare Sensitivity and Specificity of cholangioscopy in differentiating benign from malignant stricture by visual impression using new macroscopic classification v/s onsite FNAC v/s Crush cytology v/s Bile fluid examination v/s Tissue biopsy. 2)In De-novo cholangioscopy v/s earlier ERCP performed for CBD visual examination. 3)Assessment of CBD clearance post Laser lithotripsy.
