Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus who had undergone diabetic nephropathy management with diabetic retinopathy evaluation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients less than 18 years of age 2. Non-Diabetic Subjects 3. Patients with no follow up data

To collect and analyse the retrospective nephrology and ophthalmology clinical data to assess the relationship of diabetic nephropathy with diabetic retinopathy in diabetic populationTimepoint: The primary outcome will be assessed at baseline parameters (which refers to the data from the first time stamp), and at follow up parameters which might range from a period of 1 year upto 5 years

To assess the possibility of developing predictive machine learning algorithms for diabetic population with diabetic nephropathy or diabetic retinopathyTimepoint: The secondary outcome, that is the developed algorithm will assess the disease association at following time points: Baseline (which refers to the data from the first time stamp), and at follow up which might range from a period of 1 year upto 5 years
