Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 20 and 50 years 2.Undergoing minor obstetrics and minor gynecological procedures under general anaesthesia 3.American society of Anaesthesiologists grade 1 and 2 4.Modified Mallampatti Grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients requiring endotracheal intubation 2.Major procedure requiring muscle relaxation 3.History of hypersensitivity reaction to propofol 4.Patient refusal to proseal insertion.
