Intervention1: Cold Lateral condensation technique: cold lateral condensation will be done using master gutta percha cone fitted till the working length.Apical part of the master cone coated with seal

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with symptomatic and asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis and pulpal necrosis of teeth with or without apical periodontitis 2. Patient willing for voluntary participation and have signed the informed consent 3. Patient with good oral hygiene

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Calcified root canals 2.Open apices 3.Patients allergic to local anaesthesia 4.Medically compromised patients 5.Pregnant patient

PRE CBCT will be done to measure each Volume of Canal before treatment POST CBCT will be done to measure volume of obturated canal and voids after treatmentTimepoint: baseline 7 days post obturation
