Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of quantitative (titer) IgG neutralizing antibody as well the generation of memory T cell responses to viral antigens will be measured in the studyTimepoint: Visit1: Blood collection and 1st dose of vaccine Visit2: Blood collection at 15th day post 1st dose of vaccine Visit3: Blood collection and 2nd dose of vaccine Visit 4: Blood collection at 15th day post 2nd dose Visit 5:Blood collection 6 month post first dose

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of these parameters with incidence of infection for a follow up period of 6 months will provide correlates of protection achieved from vaccination vis-a-vis natural infectionTimepoint: 6 month follow up 1 month for statistical analysis and manuscript
