Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years Patients having bronchial asthma by GINA/ NAEPP guideline Willing to participate and give the consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with active tuberculosis Associated respiratory illness (Ca Lung/PneumonialLRTIlLung abscess etc.) Associated systemic illness like myocardial infarction, unstable angina, renal diseases diabetes mellitus other immunosuppressive diseases Unstable patients non compliant patients Patients in moribund condition
