Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All audio and video teleconsults with physicians carried out at Medanta by appointment between1st April 2020 and 31st March 2021 will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Monitoring consults by nurses for home isolated COVID patients and other non physician consults will be excluded
